Cannot find the words to adequately express our gratitude to Susan for her patience, guidance, wisdom, expertise, advice, professionalism and incredible ability to keep us updated every step of the way. It honestly made us feel like we were her only clients – her level of personalised attention and dedication is exemplary. No question was too difficult (or annoying), and she made us feel at ease through the entire process. We are now one step closer to building our forever home on an exquisite semi-rural block.
