Underground parking, sheltered from the windy beach weather and brand new facilities are what attracts you at first. I love doing my shopping here, great range and great products. Fantastic customer service, I find they always go out of their way to help me, even if its just with placing my shopping bags neatly into the trolley. You feel special shopping here, even if it is just for the weekly groceries.... Great job guys!

Hands down the BEST Chinese restaurant in Adelaide. My Husband and I have been going here for over 14 years, absolutely fantastic, authentic tasting food. Wonderful family owned business, they go that extra mile to remember customer names and certain food requests. Inside dining is quite dated but its still very clean and well presented. I love this place! Do yourself a favour and order some yummy take away for dinner tonight! Also - they do GREAT lunch specials for $7.90 between the hours of 11.30am and 2.30pm.

Well, we've all seen their commercials - great value cheap vacuum cleaners. I walked into this store, waited around 5 minutes to be served. When I told the man (whos name I unfortunately didn't get) what I was after, he rolled his eyes and took very little interest in helping me out. I asked if the one I was looking at ( there was a choice of 3) was any good and he snapped back at me saying "You get what you pay for, if you want cheap then you get cheap results, what do you want me to say" I couldn't believe how rude he was being, I felt he had better things to do than serve a woman wanting a $49 vacuum cleaner. I ended up buying it. Still visibly not interested in this sale, he put it through and I was on my way. I felt like crap after leaving the store. Wont be going back there, ever.

Joining a gym can be daunting to say the very least! After looking around for a ladies gym, I had very limited options. I read online about Goodlife North Adelaide having a ladies gym and decided to bite the bullet. After my first visit, I felt a million bucks! Not from a miracle weightloss and tone up that same day but from the excellent customer service I received. My free personal training session came up once a week for the first 3 weeks, although requesting a female, I had to change my appointment time and got put with a male, Ben. He was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! If you EVER use this gym I strongly recommend you have a chat and if possible, a personal training session with him. I have never been so informed regarding weightloss and great new life style choices. I wish I joined this great team a long time ago. I enjoy getting there 5 days a week now and feel great waking up knowing i'm going there. This place rocks! :) Go Ben!

So after discovering i was driving around with a brake light out i decided to "Google" an electrician close by, and after reading the one single good review left on another site about this business, i decided to give them a try. As i pulled up they (approx) 6 men were sitting out the front in the driveway, i felt awkward as i had to get out with all eyes watching my every move......anyhow, i explained my brake light wasn't working and with just a nod the Owner walked into his workshop. I waited a minute then he walked back out, said pop the boot and within 2 minutes it was fixed. He said 5 bucks thanks luv! I handed over the $5 and was on my way without a goodbye. I drove off thinking to myself, worse customer service ever! Later that night i discovered that he had put the wrong light in because when i turned my lights on to drive there was no tail light, just a brake light. I didn't want to return to Seaton Electrical because i felt very intimidated and felt i was an interruption. However, people that i spoke to said i had every right to go back because he installed the incorrect globe. So the next day i went back, pretty much the same deal except they were all gathered inside talking this time, he came out and i explained that my brake light was working but there's no tail light. (Brake lights require a certain globe to work with both tail and braking light, any electrician would know this) I didn't want to tell him he installed the wrong globe so i waited patiently. Again, he didn't say anything and returned inside his work shop. By the time he returned he looked pretty peeved off and i felt very uncomfortable. As soon as he finished he said, 5 bucks!! I was shocked, he put the wrong globe in then wanted to charge me an extra $5 for a different globe all while he took back the first one he installed to use again, i'm assuming. I wanted to say something but the way he was holding out his hand i knew he was expecting payment and fast! Reluctantly I handed over the $5 and again, left without a goodbye or thanks see you again.....
I felt extremely used and felt like crap all day.
