Rob and his team were terrific, especially amidst the Co-vid19 rush on home tech services. Our Brother printer's fuser went as did the printer quality, and Rob perservered to investigate and remedy all these problems, and as a result of his good working relationship with Brother, was able to solve all of the problems.
