With a birthday voucher in hand, we went in search of the perfect dessert for our lunchtime bbq. The choices were staggering, we were caught between the Cherry Ripe cheesecake and the Caramel cheesecake, having ruled out white chocolate ones, and a beautiful mud cake looking one with chocolate on top. Decisions, Decisions, most definetly have to return to the shop and eat our way through the different varieties.

What a wonderful business to deal with. Friendly Reception Staff, who are attentive and efficient when dealing with your initial enquiry. We dealt with Peter Tierney, Senior Solicitor had a late afternoon appointment, which suited us, and we had plenty of time to discuss all aspects of the situation we were seeking advice on. Great options were discussed in detail and the best solution for our situation which turned out to be very cost effective. Definetly would recommend this law firm to anyone seeking legal advice.

An amazing find in Richmond, they stock antiques, retro and modern items. Lovely collectible fine China cup and saucer sets, books, bric a brac, unusual items such as old fountain pens, lovely to browse around the shop. Bruce and Bernadette (the owners) are really nice to chat to and very knowledgeable.

I can always find good quality furniture and electrical here, the range is amazing from Sofa's and Lounges to bedroom furniture and out door items. The staff are always friendly and obliging, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The Coogans Store has it's own finance available which has easy to afford repayments, and quickly done instore.

I have previously walked passed this shop as I usually shop at larger chain closer to Hobart. However not been able to drive at the moment, I had to shop closer to home, and was pleasantly surprised at the great range of fresh fruit, at reasonable prices and sourced relatively locally. Also some good specials, and a comprehensive deli section. Staff were really pleasant, quite a local gem.

This review is for The Woodcraft Shop, Richmond TAS

Popped in for a look around since I was passing, and bought a couple of small hostess gifts for a upcoming trip. Was really surprised at the variety, from thimbles crafted from wood, to large burls that had been turned into beautiful original bowls. Some items did seem to be expensive but when you consider the time taken to handcraft these items and the fact that they are originals the price reflects the time and care taken on these items. There did seem to be some specials so it is worth while checking when you are in the area.

What a wonderful find.... silhouette style animals to pop in your garden and quite a photo opportunity just outside the front door, along with driftwood and mail boxes. Inside a real treasure trove of Jewellery, exquisite original pieces hand crafted by local artists in Richmond, crockery, buttons galore, and a collectables (2nd Hand) display at reasonable prices, also some clothing. Bought a couple of small items to give as hostess gifts when I go away, and promised I would check this shop when I have to buy birthday presents for female friends.

This review is for Legs And Breasts, Rosny TAS

verified email - 11 Jan 2013

Later than usual heading for home from our shopping, we decided takeaways were the order of the day.... since partner and I are watching our diets at the moment, we decided on Legs and Breasts, as the burgers have just chicken meat without skin and breadcrumbs, These have to be the most succulent and tasty burgers around, we did give into temptation and went with the chips and gravy too. Not too long a wait from ordering to delivery, the shop was crowded, piping hot, served by pleasant staff.

This shop is in Henry Street, just off the main street and so often have driven through Richmond, but never quite made it to this shop. Saw a review and dropped in, a pleasure to browse in this shop, great range of gifts and collectables something for everyone. Lovely music playing, not too intrusive while you shop, pleasant staff who willingly answer any questions. A nice interlude in my day.
