Truly unbeatable value for rice or noodle meals! Costs around $5 for chicken rice and other similar meals. As the name of this place suggests, the food here is quite spicy, but nonetheless, delicious!

This place is under new management. I had dinner here on Friday night to try the new chef's cooking and it was great! Very authentic Malaysian meals for reasonable prices. The previous owner had set their prices too high and gave small servings. But with this new owner, it's definitely good value for money. I had the fried noodles with sambal, egg, sausage and luncheon meat with teh tarik (ice milk tea) for $7.90 and my partner had the Penang Kuay Teow for $9.80. It was a very pleasant evening as the food was great and customer service was fast!

My dog suffers from anxiety and gingivitis, thus he has regular checkups and vaccinations here (as it is very close to my house). The vets are excellent - they genuinely care about my dog and are very professional in their dealings. They are also quite experienced. They are open til quite late and even open on weekends. One thing that can be improved is the friendliness of the receptionists.

I believe they did a lot of research and genuinely cared about us having an enjoyable experience. The staff are very friendly and polite.
