I have been a customer of Waak's Bakery in Ararat for a number of years, I have always found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The pies in particular WERE excellent, no doubt they WERE award winning pies. Over the past months the quality of the PASTRY has gone DOWNHILL. It is TOO THICK and GLUEY, the contents in some of the pies are undercooked.
With the quality of pies at the moment, it beggars belief as to how they were Inducted into the Hall of Fame, wth such terrible pastry.
