I had looked at a few different quotes but ultimately decided to go with Total Home Inspections as I liked the packages they provided as well as the transparency of what is included in them listed on their website. When I called to book, Lauren was very lovely. She was very cheerful and helpful. The whole process was very quick and smooth and when we called Mitch the inspector to clarify the report, he was extremely patient and friendly. Overall I am really pleased with their service and am glad we went with them. We went with their premium package.
