I am someone who has struggled with generalised anxiety disorder and social anxiety since I was a young child. I had researched, tried medications and been to many psychologists to try and help me lead and live a normal life.
I have tried so many different strategies but nothing stuck.
I have had 4 sessions with Sviatlana so far and I have made a significant progress. I was someone who was afraid to even take a walk on my own or to go out with friends to a new place, and she has given me the strength and tools to be able to walk on my own, and socialise freely with my friends going out with them to new places.
It has been a long journey for me but I feel grateful that I have found someone who is patient and takes the time to explain the tools to me and how I can best apply them to help myself and my situation. I have Sviatlana Starr to thank.
