We had luke warm water. I called Marcus @ 1800HOTWTR. He came out within 1hr , looked at our heater, Vulcan 315ltr Hot Water System. He said it was badly rusted and would need replacing urgently. He gave us a quote, all included, [ new Hot water system, Tempering Valve , Installation & Take away old system, and was back to next day to install. He gave us a new Rheem 315ltr with 10 year warranty.Very happy with the quote, installation and communication. Highly recommend
