We love shopping here, have done so for years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff really know their stuff. Adam, the manager, is helpful and customer-focussed.

The staff here are lovely. The owner/manager often gives my kids treats, and they give her hugs in return. It is always clean, and there is always someone ready to serve us when we go in to shop.

Narelle one of the business managers there really looks after us and our not-for-profit community organisation we belong to. She fixes up all our problems, answers all our questions, and is cheerful and helpful. The Westpac online banking site is great - works well, has all the things you'd want.

I really like their opening hours - they always seem to be open when we need them. Prices are reasonable. Their bakery did our not-for-profit community group a really great deal on a bulk order, and the products were delicious too.

TransACT handles our home phone and mobile. Their invoices are always correct; their customer service is friendly. Twice we've had phone outages due to storms, and they have been right on top of it, getting it fixed, and keeping us posted on their progress, which is really reassuring. We don't mind the outages so much, because the people at TransACT are so friendly about it, and really helpful.

Extremely reasonable prices. Helpful and cheerful staff. We really like the very community minded Activities Coordinator who works there.
