Glen did a great job reviving our 15 year old wool carpets that had endured a cat and dog and not seen a professional cleaner for years. He took time to explain about his work and products, and had obviously done an enormous amount of research on procuring the greenest and safest yet effective products around. Great job, Glen! You were every bit as good as our friends said who recommended you so highly.

He is incredibly knowledgeable on all things internet related, an absolute genius! He has saved our skin many times, taught us a lot about websites, and helped our organisation immeasurably. People seem to flock here, and I guess it is for the entertainment. Our raisin toast was burnt, so with great embarrassment we sent it back, only to receive another piece of burnt toast. Another time, herbal tea was served with milk in it already - herbal teas don't take milk.

Nice pizzas - loads of different toppings to choose from. Nice atmosphere. Staff are busy all night, and the place has been packed every time I've been there. No wonder, as the food is good. Portions are large and very satisfying.

We like KMart. They almost always have what we want. Their range seems to have decreased a little lately, but their products are still good. Reasonable prices. Nice wide aisles, except in the baby goods aisle, which is a bit silly as you can't get your pram in there!

We've been using Grapevine as an internet service provider for a few years. They have been good. Their invoices are always correct, their staff are helpful, their technical support is friendly and well informed. We like them, and will stay with them.

We like the service and products. We order kids labels from time to time, and they stay on in the dishwasher, and look good, and the kids like them.

The Ledger Lady is an absolute gold mine of information for small organisations. She turned our messy shoe box of receipts from the last two years into a brilliant MYOB datafile. She is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about all aspects of bookkeeping, payroll and MYOB. She's training to be a CPA accountant. She is highly ethical, and incredibly pragmatic. Can't recommend her highly enough. We're very impressed with her.

We've been taking our taxes and finances to Peter Irving and his colleagues for about ten years. He is great, and has saved us hundreds of dollars over the years. Very personable and experienced, honest and friendly.

We love shopping here, have done so for years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff really know their stuff. Adam, the manager, is helpful and customer-focussed.
