I have been eating at Casa Bella Pizzas for 20 years. The owner Charlie & Mrs C run a very professional business. Charlie is a true professional Pizza maker. I have eaten pizza all over Australia, and I have a strong interest in food.  Without hesitation, I state that Casa Bella make an excellent pizza. For me, I don't like too much cheese or a big fat pizza dough base. Because of the thin crust, you can taste all the ingredients. What Charlie does to his Super Supreme is amazing, a tickling of spice, which, I have never tasted on other pizzas.  Charlie's shop is very clean, nicely decorated and well maintained.  I have over time met people whom have come from Fairfield just for Casa Bella pizza, bringing their children.  I read some very untrue statements on the web, but I am aware there are some people whom try to put down a business, just to get their share of the market. I can assure you, if Casa Bella was a bad pizza, it would have closed down 30 years ago.  If you are new in town and want to know where to eat. You can tell this review is genuine. If you are a working at Concord Hospital, it is just on the corner of Hospital Road and Concord Road Concord West. So if you are out and about and have a GPS and cannot remember the address, just put in Concord Hospital and when you turn off Concord Road to Hospital road, it is right there with the Carpark in front. Unlike the Italian area in Leichardt where you have to pay for parking.  Enjoy your experience, good pizza, clean, professionally run and good clean staff. Greg
