In the goldlounge the seating is much more comfortable than the usual cinema seating, the food is not too bad but not great. It is really nice to be able to relax and be waited on for drinks and food when you would like it, and to be able to eat a meal and enjoy an alcoholic drink while watching the movie.

Since it has been done up it is much nicer, the seats are as you would expect for cinema seating, prices are average, the staff are helpful and move as quickly as possible to get through busy periods, the toilets are usually fairly clean. The food in my opinion is really overpriced but to be fair what cinema isn't overpriced? Quite a nice place to go considering its the only one in the area.

I have being going to the Halls Head store for the past 4 years and in my opinion it has a much nicer atmosphere than the other store. I love being right by the beach, so I think the scenery is beautiful. the staff are always very friendly and helpful. sometimes on weekends they can get very busy and it can get a little cramped but the staff still work at their best and the food and drinks come as quickly as you would expect.

I have been here a few times over the years and everytime I go it is still exciting and informative. the guided tours are very good and you learn quite a lot about the prison and the stories behind the cells, ex prisoners and the overall jail. The night tour is good but a little overrated as the attempts at scaring you are actually a little funny, though still quite fun. overall definitely somewhere I have and will continue to go back to.

I have been going here for 4-5 years since I moved to Mandurah and I have been taking my daughter here since she was born over 2 years ago. It is a half hour drive from my house but the Drs are well worth travelling the distance to see. The Reception staff are always friendly. Only downfall is you need to book an appointment sometimes a little in advance as its a good surgery so it gets quite busy and booked fairly quickly

Had my daughters 2nd birthday here, even though we did not book the party area I was still able to book a table and order food platters. the staff were very friendly. the food platters were as you would expect frozen food to be like, and the cordial was nice and cheap per premixed bottle. overall good experience and would go back again.

Go here frequently, the staff are great either come to your table or you order at the till. no matter how busy you always get served fairly quickly and the food and drinks never take too long to get to your table. the churros are always amazing and I love going there. highly recommend going here.

both times I have gone in recently allphones have pleasantly surprised me with their great customer service. after a bad experience at another store just down the road I went down to allphones to see if they could help me and they explained exactly what to do and how to get the help I was looking for, I could not have been happier with the help and the effort they took into fixing my situation. My second experience was when I got my phone and I had the exact same amazing customer service.

my sister has been having phone troubles for well over a year and has called Vodafone at least once a month with not a lot of help as to why she has no reception 85-90% of the time. she went into the Mandurah store and explained her situation to the woman there and asked if there was any way they could check why it was happenening or if they could offer her a solution like sending her phone away etc, the woman basically brushed her off and said there was nothing she could do and was really rude. we will not be going back to this store again as the staff are always that rude when you go there.
