I am a busy professional with 2 kids and very little time to devote to myself. This year I decided it was time to look after me and to lose the 'baby weight' (from 5 years ago!) for our wedding vow renewal in Hawaii.

I generally eat quite well and I was regularly slogging it out at the gym but the weight just wouldn't budge.
