The Rugman was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. The Rugman arrived within an hour of the phone booking to clean a very large entertaining room carpet. The cream carpet was stained from many years of use and now looks like new, even old stains have been removed. I was given advise on how to treat future stains.
