Andrew, the owner of the business who designed the mattress, came out with the team on delivery day. You organised to take my old bed away and made sure the new bed was assembled correctly. I might add, you also grabbed my trusty vacuum cleaner and in your words, 'wanted to make things perfect for me.' You vacuumed and cleaned where the old bed was. Thank you, I felt special!
So, I guess I should comment on the bed – LOL
It is brilliant to sleep on, with the perfect firmness for me. It has helped minimise my back pain tremendously and I enjoy a good night's sleep. I am also very thankful for the adjustable aspect of the bed, that extra comfort and support I need whenever my circumstances change and is paramount to suit my special needs.
