This could have been just another commission, and that would have been fine. John could have just done the necessary quality work and left it at that, and that would have been fine. But he didn't. John managed to treat me and my relatively modest needs as a personal project that required his undivided attention and was as important as any other. John was able to make me feel cared for and valued and his enthusiastic perfectionism was duly noted and greatly appreciated.

Instead of making me just another customer, John and Ascot the Tailors invited me along on a project that was just as important to him as it was to me. Thank you.
