Was a bit nervous going into my first appointment, but James set me right at ease. The place was really clean, and once I got the hang of it the process was actually quite relaxing. I have had more energy and it has motivated me to eat healthier. After doing 2 sessions I really noticed the difference in regards to my IBS symptoms, less severe and frequent issues. Would highly recommend to anyone around the area.
