" I had recently moved back on my own, and to commemorate the change, I needed help to create personal space, without having to make any major changes as I was renting. The main areas being the Living Room, in which I was hoping to also have an office space to get creative.

I almost gave up trying to find a package with an interior stylist /designer who could:
1. Meet budget requirements, an absolute necessity
2. Keep it from looking like replica of a store catalogue/showroom (Or) too upmarket which was not affordable
3. Work with my ideas of which I had so many, possibly too many

And then I came across The Style Project and their Style Overhaul service. This was perfect for me, because I got to engage face to face with Kim, who lives and breathes Interior Design & Styling. In the 3 hours we spent together, which flew, Kim was very quick and decisive on what I really needed, and what could work for me later when my budget allowed. Being conscious of time, she also made sure that I got as much insight to sourcing and value of products out there; where to find bargains to meet my style requirements without losing Quality and Style, and making the right choices by selecting furniture that would be an investment.

By the end of the session, we had a Clear Plan to work with, which then gave me the freedom to really enjoy the shopping aspect, as there was more focus and direction on what to look out for and definitely what to avoid. If in doubt, Kim was more than available to assist and guide me further.

The end result of Kim’s honest approach, her expertise and effort to see my plan through, is a sense of accomplishment to have created a personal space that reflects me and gives me a great sense of home, pride and joy. Thanks Kim!
