We are a small family-operated business. Pool Express, under Aqua Metrix signed up for our virtual address. Arthur, the owner of the business registered a virtual address with us at Brisbane Business Centre for their administration purpose in Brisbane. When the subscription was due, he decided to not renew it. But he kept using our address on Google maps and his own website (still there). Hence, contacted him to pay the due. He agreed as the amount was very small. Later, he stopped responding to the emails. Very unprofessional. While the entire country is coming forward to support local and small struggling businesses, Arthur decided to not pay our invoice. And more frustrating is that he is still using the address on their website and we still receive mails for them at our address. Not fair.
