Dieter is a true professional and supplies a very comprehensive report, along with hundreds of photos. He is very thorough, perhaps a bit pedantic on some items of normal wear-and-tear but then he has a legal responsibility. Regardless, when using Dieter you know you will receive a report on everything and have a great basis not only for identifying any issues that may affect a purchase, but also for longer term maintenance. Dieter saved us more than $40,000 in major structural works, before even starting our planned renovations. The building inspection industry is fraught with dubiously "qualified" inspectors, but Dieter stands above the pack and I would thoroughly recommend him.
