This place has the most Authentic (in my opinion) Malaysian food in Perth, they have tables and chairs with BYO but it feels right as a take away place rather than a dine in
The prices are on par with low priced food court Chinese but the food is of another level, I ordered Chicken, beef and vegetable dishes that I can not pronounce, just enough burn to know its there without crossing to eyes watering
Menu items are different to the usual so you need to take a punt, I haven't been disappointed yet with my random selections.
food is mixed dishes (Chicken with veg and rice. Vegetable with flat noodle) ok for sharing and no need to order separate sides
An absolute must if you are in the area

This one is a great place for a quiet read and a coffee, attached to the library there is no shortage of reading material at hand, the girls that run this place are exceptionally friendly and accommodating and make you feel welcome to stay as long as you wish
The prices are typical (slightly high but no worse than everyone else) cafe prices, the food is always fresh, served quickly and they will accommodate any specific requests if they have the ingredients
Food options are fairly basic (bacon, eggs, croissants, mushroom, tomato, toasted white bread) without a stand out defining item. Coffee is better than a fast food or franchise coffee but not the best in the area. Seating and tables are a little bit "lunch bar" but in saying that these guys have served this community at this standard longer than many of the other local operators have been alive. All in all pretty good but due a revamp of menu and premise

These guys keep a high standard of stock all the time, I frequently get them to cut the meat to my exact liking, this is never an issue. The range and the freshness makes it worth the extra stop when you are doing the shop, price is the same as the supermarkets but the quality and service that these guys offer should not be passed up
These places are getting harder to find, so make the effort and enjoy the benifits

If you are in the 6030 and your slightly into food you need to know this place, always has the highest quality fillet steak in stock and if your after anything a bit odd (truffle, rabbit, import) ect these guys have it at the best quality available
The fruit and veg is always immaculate regardless of season and their pre cooked ready meals (roasts, pasta, pies) are all great
I do not know of anything similar anywhere

I just recently had a full installation of Poly floor 600x600 tile look with grout effect installed by these guys
I did a lot of back and forth between other suppliers and my own research trying to figure out what sort of product I should be going for and I can confirm the information provided by the sales team was accurate and correct
The price of the product was in line with what it should be so I didnt need to haggle or muck about, straight forward transaction
The installer finished the job very well, was polite, punctual and courteous and cleaned up all his mess
Everything was good beginning to end and we love our new floors

When looking for something a little different, this one pops up, though they have gone more mainstream Asian rather then authentic Vietnamese, another innovative restaurant that is eager to please and brings the needed diversity to the area
The meat cuts in the chicken and the lamb were of a higher standard than to be expected in Asian cuisine which was truly welcomed
Dine in with BYO is nice, restaurant is a bit to small and possibly over personal, but I will hit it up for takeaway 5 nights a weeks

Amazing menu unlike anything in the area, the staff eager to please, food presented great, tasted great, served quickly and staff were ongoing attentive through the meal

The food is outstanding and the venue is immaculate, however when we went there we were shown to our seat but not informed that I need to order at the counter, sat for 10 mins before we figured it out, staff were very casual about taking my order and drink service was very slow
Will go back for the food, but table service should be applied at these prices

One of the few breakfast places win table service that you pay at the end
Coffee it the best in the centre
Food is pretty good but great for the price
