Big tree next door drops leaves, branches and bark. I regularly cleared debris from roof but now too old to climb on roof any more. I then had Reliance install some Leaf Screening about two years ago. I now find extreme water damage in one room; lesser damage in another. Roof inspection reveals two tiles are cracked and patched with silicon. They certainly were not in this state before the Screening was installed and nobody has been on the roof since. Reliance examines the tiles, agrees to source new tiles and apply more silicon to prevent further damage. They are now claiming the original silicon was painted over when the roof was renovated in 2010, a fact which I strongly dispute. They then claim they will prove this, but have been unable. They have now blocked my calls and stated I will be charged for the new tiles (if I ever receive them). Management, on one hand, tells me that his men would never do such a thing and on the other tells me he can't speak for them.
