I have had multiple issues with the Land Rover service people. Very difficult to get through to them on the phone and usually fail to ring back if you leave a message. My most recent problem was with a key replacement. When they coded the key to the car it deactivated my existing key which I didn't notice until I got home. When I rang the fellow asked if I had the key with me at the time. Of course I did. How else could I have driven there? He laughed, thinking it was funny which obviously it isn't. So today after 2 hours fiddling about with the old key they tell me that they have put into 'stolen' mode and it can't be resurrected, but he has a 'mate' who might be able to work his magic on it! They have damaged my $500 key and now they want some back yarder to have a go at fixing it.
I rang back to speak to Curtis and the phone rang out (again).

This is indicative of the woeful attention to detail I have experienced before here.
