Very helpful staff and always happy to give information when needed. They go the extra mile to help and satisfy their customers. I go out of my way to shop here. They also have a good range of products to chose from. Keep up the good work.

My booking was for Shalack nails. The receptionist was very pleasant & welcoming on arrival but the technician asigned to me made no effort to welcome me or to be friendly or even to speak. She sat me down & pushed a bowl of acetone in front of me without telling me what was in it, I had to ask & she gestured for me to put both hands in the bowl. This is a very unhealthy way to remove the old shalack as it was a large amount and it soaks into the skin. When I put my fingers into the acetone it drew straight up my fingers toward my rings. I immediately removed my hands from the bowl & said I preferred the foil, cotton wool method to soak off my old shalack which most salons use as it is less invasive. The technician resisted this until I insisted. This salon prefers the quick way with little concern for their clients health or discomfort. Another technician with no introduction took over, I don't know why ? They were obviously irritated to be asked to use the correct procedure for shalack removal. Her attitude was rude & abrupt with virtually no verbal communication throughout the appointment. She scraped & harshly buffed off the old shalack and raced through the new application. It was a very unpleasant & uncomfortable experience with little care taken from start to finish. The finish on my nail edges were quite rough on completion & I had to ask her to buff the worst ones. This of course broke the seal on the new finish. She showed zero interest. I will not return to this salon & I would NOT recommend this salon. The reception staff are obviously employed to liase with the clients & they are very pleasant. A very unsatisfactory experience.
