We have been with them for over a year. At the beginning , everything was fantastic, great service . Then the rental payment started to get delayed because of new payment system maybe. Our rental has been delayed five times. We have to track the due date while paying the management fee. We can’t even reach the property manager as she is busy. No calls and no messages. We had to wait until she was free maybe one or two says later . It is very frustrating.
