I had to call a few times to get some things fixed after the installation in 2019. One was the down pipe connection was broken and glued with silicone and painted on top.
The ABC repairer [removed name] came out and attached a new connection, however, he didn't connect it correctly. I only noticed months ago with the down pour. I sent photos and explained the problem, but management declined the repair to be done. They couldn't ring me but sent an email. Apparently its gone past the warranty. I thought as a customer we have rights on poor workmanship slightly after warranty. Don't be fooled by this company claiming excellent customer service and valuing customer satisfaction. They're Motto: WE MAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE A PRIORITY........its all BS
I will be calling ACCC.
