After running a few errands in the morning, in need of a cuppa, I called in to Jamica Blue café, pleasantly surprised at what a nice little café it was, it has always been busy before when I have passed, lovely scones, when I got my tea, I had forgotten to ask for milk, the waitress quickly got it for me, will be go there again, it's only a small place but very friendly

Went in to buy some Father's day Gifts, they are geared for men, so there are lots of sporting wear, NRL, timber signs, NRL tin street signs, watches, Harley Davidson shirts, keyrings, novelties for all occasions, coffee mugs, die cast models, Ned Kelly novelty things, Heritage Jerseys, the list goes on, Many great Man Cave ideas .... check out the website www.GuyStuff.com.au with Father's Day coming up I'm sure you find something great for dad, you can buy on line as well, I spent 2 hrs just looking at all the Guy Stuff they have.

My granddaughter & I make this our girlie time when we are out shopping, she loves their Iced Chocolate & I have Earl Grey Tea, we have scones, jam & cream. The staff make us feel special & are so friendly & caring, this is why we keep going to Gloria Jeans.

We had Dinner there last Thursday night with family, some of the family have never been there before & enjoyed them selves so much that they will be going again. There is a play room for the kids, food is always great .... service is warm & friendly, staff make sure you enjoy your evening, next time we are in Penrith we will make sure we go & have another meal at Silver Spur Steak Ranch. Try it you will not be disappointed

Has cut us several signs to go around our garden, they are cut out of black metal.
You can any size, he will custom make them for eg cars, names, eg "MAN CAVE" Australian scenes, if you can sketch it or show him a photo, Brian will make it for you, something different for present etc, we have had 4 made for different reason, highly recommend, you won't be disappointed :)

We had solar panels put in by a company from Sydney.
Due to extensions to our house, some of the solar panels had to come down so the builders could put the roof on, called ECO Energy & Solar Solutions explained what needed to be done within an hour they had a teams there, to dismantle the panels, they explained to me that the persons who put it up had not earth the panels & a few other mistakes (( the company who put it up was one of those one who ring up & say we have a team in the area at such a date etc etc )) anyway when the roof was put up, ECO Energy & Solar Solutions remounted them, earth them, fixed the mistakes from the first company, now they work better, more power out of them .... Brad the man in charge is going to monitor them for a few months to make sure we are getting max power out of them, lesson learnt, we should have got a local to do it in the first place, thank you to ECO Energy & Solar Solutions for all the care you have shown us, have recommended you to some people already, great team :)

NTI Constructions built undercover decking area with skylight, with louvre panelled glass wall. This will house our BBQ, out door setting & plants.
A large covered area between our house & garage, with clear panels in the roof to let the light in, this is to put our tropical plants & later a water feature, it's great to be outside when it's raining and still be dry.
They fitted a new front & back door, they also built a builtin wardrobe.
The workmanship is top class, best materials, very happy to recommend NTI Construction for your future constructions whatever they may be, big or small.
We will be using them again in the near future to take an inside wall out :)

They built 4 panels of louvre windows, floor to roof so the builders could make us a wall windows, great workmanship, they look great, bit pricey but worth it, we would recommend Artesian Glass for a good job, they make Blinds, Awnings as well :)

Had all the windows fitted with vertical & roller blinds, they dress the windows up very nicely.
The workmanship is very good is very good, now we will be shopping for some lovely lace curtains to finish the windows off, I love shopping at Spotlight, got 30% discount for end of year sale, which has to make you even happier, very pleased with the whole process :)

Had 3 outside lights & a passive infrared motion sensor installed, very reasonable price, neat wiring, cleaned up after himself, friendly, lights work well, light up the whole area & look great, would recommend Tim's work & if we need an electrician for any electrical work, Tim will be the first one we ring. Tim also give you his business card in magnet style so it goes on your frig :)
