Prior to deciding on hiring Goldcrest in our busy club, I have also received estimates from at least two other companies. When I called Goldcrest for a meeting and estimates, they set up an appointment based on my schedule which was the following day. The representative that came over was very professional and knowledgeable in advising me what kind of security service my club needs and requires. They offered me the best estimate we could get and hired them there and then. Overall, their security staff has been great. We had a big incident last week and they were able to contain and settle everything professionally without harm done to any people.
