Michael is definitely one of the most positive, realistic and reassuring people I have met. He was extremely professional and cut straight to the chase. From the moment I rung him I felt a strong connection he reassured me, made me feel at ease the stress and anxiety I was going through. Michael approached the whole case with sympathy and confidence, he went beyond understanding my family and I and situation what we were in. The outcome was only a diversion with no conviction with the stipulation to attend a parenting course, I couldn't be happier. ... very much appreciated I’m free to move on with my life and bring a positive change to my family.
