You've got to try Clean house Melbourne for your end of lease. I trusted them when I read their 5star rating reviews and I've gotten all my bond back. The vacate clean was hassle free and the cleaners already knew what to do. MICM is known as one of the fussiest property management around Southbank and these guys know perfectly their standard (I discovered later that they work for them from time to time). I can't recommend any higher.
