I am a returning customer. I took my Macbook air (2014) to them due to battery stopped charging. I got it back 2 working days later and am using it right now to type the review. Super happy with the service and very reasonable charge. It is the place to go for Apple products repair.

My Macbook Air wouldn’t power on one day. I did some research online and apparently it’s a fairly common problem. I took it to the Apple “Genius Bar” for a repair quote, the tech guy said it was a motherboard failure & the costs are $700 ish + GST - which is almost half the cost of a brand new one!! I was referred to IDP to get a second opinion, IDP checked it and explained to me it was a power circuit failure, not the motherboard. They fixed it within a week and charged me a fraction of what Apple had quoted. Great work & friendly service! I highly recommend them for Macbook repair.
