I have tried repeatedly over the last few months to make an appointment with Dr Paulo Pinho at the Melbourne clinic. The phone is never answered, the voicemail directs callers to book on the website. This is always a red flag. I sent through my enquiry which was never answered. I have all the necessary x-rays already, and asked if I was a candidate for the treatment I am after, and if I could get their direct email to send them through. I looked at their booking form online, and the dentist who the booking would be with was someone I had never heard of, not Dr Pinho. Red flags everywhere. Seeing as there is no way to directly contact Dr Pinho, or to have him or his staff return emails, I am left with no choice but to give a 1 star review. It's so strange that I have money to give a business, and they just don't seem to want it. All of the reviews for this practice are 6 years old or older, there is obviously a reason for that. Beware.

I've been trying to purchase several items from this business, but need assurance it can be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday so I can be here to receive it. The phone service is disconnected, due to covid they say, even though NSW isn't in lockdown any more. They don't reply to emails or voicemails, and their Instagram posts all have comments turned off. It's almost like they will do anything to avoid me giving them money. Really unprofessional behaviour, I just can't understand how they can make it so difficult to address a customer query.

UPDATE:

I bought a mahogany writing desk online, as I live in a different state to the store. After checking out and successfully paying, I sent an email requesting that the item be delivered on a weekend day. I asked this because I work all week and don't want to take a day off, just to sit around and wait for a delivery that isn't guaranteed to arrive on the stated day. And secondly, I live in a high rise apartment complex, and have to book the loading dock and an elevator (and pay a $200 bond) in advance every time I order something large. The concierge won't accept anything bigger than a parcel. I received a message from a rep, who told me he can arrange weekend delivery, but that it will incur extra fees. I replied that that was quite customer hostile. He replied with a meandering epic email that started by denying that any delivery company will deliver on weekends (most major carriers, and many smaller ones do), then appealed to my humanity and empathy to allow the poor drivers to have weekends off with their families (they could have their weekends on weekdays if they wanted). Then he wrote "We organise weekend delivery for customers as we are happy to go beyond and help our customers out, none of the third-party drivers would prefer to work on the weekend even we pay them extra. Sorry but I am afraid we would not be able to assist with weekend delivery."
So we start off being happy to arrange it, but it will cost extra, to 'no, it's impossible' within the space of one paragraph.
That same week I bought a huge sofa from Johnny's Furniture, and requested weekend delivery. They said "Sure!", charged me the same price as weekday delivery, and everything went off without a hitch. Same again with the double wide refrigerator I bought from JB HiFi.
The delivery from LivingStyles went ahead on a weekday, I had to take the day off work to receive it. The delivery driver was really helpful and cheerful, and when I asked him, he told me he would have been happy to deliver it on the weekend at no extra cost. So the rep at LivingStyles was just being impossible for the fun of it I guess. Obviously I'll never buy from them again. He also thinks "strickly" is a word in the English language, which to me is the most unforgivable aspect of the interaction.
