When paying, they ran my medibank private card through and billed them for a checkup plus fluoride treatment plus the cleaning (which was all I wanted.)

The dentists create a separate manual invoice to me which ONLY mentions the cleaning. So the dental practice scammed Meduibank private financially and me morally for fluoride treatment and checkup.
