After guaranteeing they have done many similar jobs and showing them an exit check list of the requirements, I was shocked to return to the apartment later that night to find the most basic tasks not addressed.
Kitchen benches not wiped down, shower glass and tiles barely touched, toilet seat under lid uncleaned, lamps not wiped down, hair on tiles after mopping, balcony left with dirt and much more
Thankfully after being 3 hours late they returned to the property and still argued with the building manager on what is considered clean. Embarrassingly our building manager grabbed a cloth from the cleaner and showed him how to clean and the difference she made with a proper wipe and some elbow grease.
We're currently seeking a partial refund as we we're charged an additional $330 for the work they didn't complete and needed to hire a cleaner who could do the job.
Absolute rip off.
