You get out what you put in. Tweedie informs you that it's a "do-with process, not a do-to process". He's there to guide and coach you, but ultimately it's the individual who does the work within their own subconscious during the sessions. I was ready to do the work, I was ready to make significant changes, and at the end of my time with Tweedie he helped me accomplish that.

I came to Tweedie at a point in my life where I was frustrated with anxiety taking all of my own power away and I wanted to re-gain my own sense of self do away with negative emotions and limiting beliefs that were holding me back from me living my true authentic self. NLP was new to me, I had never heard of it before nor partaken in any NLP exercises. Right from the very beginning, when I was doing the pre-work before our sessions even started (keeping a negative thought/anxiety diary) I knew that I was embarking on a journey that was about to turn my whole world upside down (in a positive/life changing way) to truly reset my neurological pathways to create a new awareness of how I think about and treat myself.

Since my sessions I am continuing to learn about the power of manifestation and meditation and how our inner-world (subconscious) creates our outer-world and all the teachings in Tweedie's course and sessions are present and validated in my supplementary learning. I will continue to use the timeline and goal setting techniques for years to come.
