I went here for the first time today. The woman who served me was so rude when I dropped off the jacket which I wanted to wear to my mothers funeral tomorrow. I rang as I was running late to pick up and I got there at 6:03pm. I rang 3 times to update them on how I was traveling as it meant a lot to my mother for me to wear this jacket. The woman was so rude to me as I was late. I had phoned 3 times to tell them as I know they were waiting for me, but I was 3 minutes late. When I got out of the store I just burst into tears. Horrible experience and I will he telling everyone I know not to go to this dry cleaners.
