He not only understands the google adwords and search side of things, but was able to support with changes to my website where required. The communication between us is pretty good, you do have to be proactive with him, but I think that is more because he is so busy with clients and getting on with the work. I've used 5 consultants over the years and Scott has delivered the best results by far.
