I find the staff and service at Dickson Automotive exceptional with Clive, John and Paddy a delight to deal with. Always courteous and helpful, explaining exactly what the problem is or what is needed and expected cost etc.
Having had numerous unsatisfactory experiences with mechanics over the years it is so good to be able to totally trust and believe what you are being told and my car is running like a dream as a positive consequence of their excellent service.

Their professionalism and understanding were evident throughout the process.My car is now running as it was before and I couldn’t be happier with the results.They also encouraged me to follow up with the original organisation, which thanks to the evidence provided by Dickson Automotive, finally agreed to reimburse me for the rectification costs.
