This hospital advertises itself as a private hospital. What in fact they do is take public patients and as a private patient you are charged for the same service. It is not what it advertises, group sessions are run by students or cancelled. There is NO non smoking area. Staff are rude, uncaring and inconsiderate to patient needs. The areas although look nice on internet are actually very filthy. I was there as a voluntary patient for PTSD. Staff had no idea and couldn't remember my name, the psychiatrist told me she could not help me unless I agreed to take medication! I was told to put all the PTSD garbage into the bin and get over it! PLEASE reconsider this as a private patient, go elsewhere and do your homework to make sure.
