I would definitely recommend a visit to Sonoko. Last year I was in extreme back pain - a mixture of family-related stress and sitting at a computer all day - I had 4 sessions with Sonoko and the relief was bliss. Just after one therapeutic massage the pain was reduced. With each session the pain lessened and my back was not tightening up again.
