Michael was on time, a pleasure to have in my house, did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself and his price was extremely reasonable. He removed five old light fittings and replaced them with new ones for less than $160. Recommended.
Approximate cost: $160.
Service was extremely expensive. Over $150 to replace a basic single light switch. Less than 15 mins work. Dirt left on carpet that I could not get out. No response to my email communication seeking confirmation of their rates.
Approximate cost: $152
A total pleasure to do business with. I bought a BBQ from them recently. Not only did the salesman gave me an great discount, if I had not lived so far from the business he would have had the BBQ put together for me by his employees as I have a disability and was unable to do it myself. Delivery was prompt.
Approximate cost: $830
A highly professional business. The owner kept me informed about anticipated start date and finishing date and closely monitored work quality of the employee doing the job. Nothing was too much trouble. Am very happy with the final product.
Approximate cost: $6,300
Fruit and vegies are mostly OK but if it is bad they do not accept returns. I thought I'd take the risk again recently - bought two mangoes at $5 and took them to friends who had invited me for a meal. The mangoes tasted pretty awful and I was embarrassed. Due to the shop's returns practice I feel powerless to do anything about it (except this).
Approximate cost: $5
Had invited friends for a special dinner so thought I would buy the meat from the butcher rather than the supermarket. Bought eye fillet at $37 a kilo! My piece was so chewy it was inedible. Couldn't fine the docket but tried to return it anyway. Was met with refusal. Good business practice would take the customer's word for it.
Approximate cost: $37/kilo
Fruit and veg generally very good. On the rare occasions they are not, the owners are quick to replace or refund. Great customer service attitude.
