Our house was not constructed to the contract plans. We finally moved in almost 9 months past contract completion and the house was still not finished. The builder refused to pay the late completion damages. We had 30+ structural defects as per the QBCC inspection report and when ordered to rectify they did not turn up. Hands down one of the worst experiences of my life.
