The food and service is above average, but the main plus is the attitude and friendliness of the staff. When my dad and brother came to visit me in Albany last year from Scotland, even the manager of Whaleworld went out of his way to make everything easy. my dad is very frail and had dementia. My brother and I were so impressed, we have never forgotten it.

Very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to provide customers needs. The surroundings are lovely and I always feel comforted when I shop there. It has a good selection of natural cosmetics and books.
