Doug came out on a public holiday because it would have been two weeks to wait otherwise and he knew we had no lights. He solved out lighting problem in a very practical way and he brought all the required fittings. Doug also noticed that the solar panels had been switched off by recent tradespeople and turned them back on. Very professional and lovely natured.
