Shoaib has helped me enormously over the last 10 months helping me with my computer problems and helping me to understand more about areas of my computer, like iCloud, my printer, banking problems etc. even though it was a public holiday with no extra charge. He also regularly sends me a helpful information sheet with advice on things like printer ink, photography, buying things through ebay, gumtree and facebook etc.
