I definitely give Dr. Erik Koppert at ‘City Skin Kew’ 5 stars. For starters, it was a breeze to schedule a consultation. I received a reminder before my appointment which I appreciated. The location at Cotham Private Hospital, was easy to find, and had ample parking.
The office is immaculate, clean and very inviting. Nat the receptionist is lovely, and very friendly. It can sometimes be a little daunting, especially if it’s your first consultation for procedures, however, Nat and Dr Koppert put me at ease right away. He listened to my concerns and he offered a number of different options that would meet my budget, while also giving me the results I was aiming for. He really took the time, and went over different procedural options for the areas I was concerned about. At no point did I feel pressure to get treatments done. Dr Koppert was easy to talk with, and you can really tell that he genuinely loves what he does, and wants his patients to feel as comfortable and happy as possible. My treatment involved botox and fillers. He was extremely knowledgeable with what products would give me the desired results. Dr Koppert explained the risks that would be involved along with costs before any treatment. Overall, he put me completely at ease in going further with my treatments. He is the consummate professional, and I highly recommend him. He is wonderful!
During the treatment, Erik explained everything that I would experience, so I knew exactly what was happening. I was blown away with the instant results filler gave me, and the before and after improvements were incredible. I had no after effects from my botox or filler treatment, but I was reassured by Dr Koppert to contact him if I experienced any problems, or was not happy. If you are considering any kind of injectables, you need to book with Dr Koppert. I promise you will not be disappointed. He exceeded my expectations by a long shot, and I couldn't be happier.
