First I would like to say HBA is a great place to undertake your TAE course. The customer service is great (Thanks Michael for all your help). Also, the course material is great, a lot of content but HBA provides endless support to help you complete the course. Julian was my trainer during the course. He superseded my exceptions, Julian goes above and beyond for his learners and offers in depth knowledge about the industry, pathways to future learning and much more. This is back up by his years of experience in presenting, facilitating learners at all levels and conducting him self in a professional and ethical manner. In my opinion, Julian is by far one of the best in the industry and I highly recommend attending the courses he presents. Thanks Julian, it was pleasure. I have never attended a course that was taught, structured and instructed as good as the one I participated in. I highly recommend the 5 day intensive course with Julian.
