Will Double charge if you upgrade
I am a POST paid customer paying by direct debit at end of each month on 21/7 i upgraded to the new 40 $ plan from the 39$ plan i then on 22/7 got a bill for previous month to 21/7 of 79$ effectively charging me twice for previous month.I contacted their customer service who offered me a 19$ discount??I know of at least one other customer that has had this problem.I have now lodged complaint details wit Telecommunications Ombudsman.
