I dropped my iPhone 12 pro max this morning and the screen was broken. I have had a bad experience with 3rd phone repair before so I went to apple store in Chadston. However, they told me that I will have to leave my phone here for a week to get the screen fixed. It is my work phone so I need it fixed asap, then I try to check with several phone repairs in the shopping centre but non of them has a genuine screen. I searched on google and know Phone Repair Centre Springvale is a repair provider with Apple. I called them and they told me they could replace with a genuine screen in 1.5hours. After reading all the reviews on google, I decided to bring the phone in for repair. Their service is amazing and very professional. They explained what is the difference between copy, oem and genuine screen and taught me how to check if the part is genuine in the setting. I went for lunch and received a message saying that my phone is ready for pick up just after 1 hour. Thank you so much guys, I definitely will come back if I need any repair in future.
